About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live life with love and peace in our souls and discover the natural wonders of this beautiful Earth
ABOUT ME
Kara and I are both teachers, naturalists, and world travelers from New Jersey, teaching ecology, conservation, and leadership to children, adolescents, and adults. We have three wild-learning children each gifted in their own way, learning the rhythms of the land around them, the world their primary classroom. After traveling the world pre-kids, we’re at it again with kids. We are currently in South America and heading to Southeast Asia in February, until November. We hope to volunteer with some amazing organizations, perhaps some orphanages, schools, farms, and research stations. We cannot wait to experience the culture and people who will leave lasting impressions in our souls...
PHILOSOPHY
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.
