I'm an avid fan of American football, postcards, and (of course) traveling. I've been a gymnast/ coach for 20 years and would rather be walking around in a handstand than on my feet. I'm currently a graduate student studying International Policy Management with the hope of working with refugees and/ or in international development. I've spent the past several years living with my husband in countries as varied as Malaysia, Iran, and now Turkey. I actually met my husband through a couchsurfing event (!!) and we hope to reciprocate the many kindnesses we've experienced through the platform as soon as we're settled down.
