Hello! I am twenty-seven years old and a graduate of the University of Missouri (Mizzou). I earned my Bachelors in Social Work with a Minor in Public Service and Leadership. From 2015-2017, I was living in Senegal, West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer, working with the people in the village of Saare Goundo to increase their vegetable production and hold trainings which relayed research done in Senegal on sustainable gardening/farming techniques. I moved to Shenzhen, China in 2018 to continue my life abroad, teach English and begin learning some Mandarin! I am now on the move and traveling through SE Asia and Australia for the next 5 months.

Music: Basically everything! I love world music stations but grew up listening to a lot of 70's and 80's rock and roll which will always be my favorite.

Books: I am currently reading Michelle Obama's book, Becoming, and can hardly put it down.

Movies: I'm not a huge movie buff. I like a lot of tv series though. Parks and Rec is definitely one of the best shows out there.
