About Me

Hey there, my name is Dana and I am an avid adventurer who is always on the lookout for the next big thrill. I have always had a passion for exploring new places and trying new things, which is why I jumped at the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ program. I spent one semester studying in Croatia and a few months in Belgium, where I was able to fully immerse myself in the local culture and take part in some amazing adventures.

One of my favorite things to do is to go hiking and explore the great outdoors. There is something so freeing about being out in nature and experiencing all that it has to offer. I try to travel every 3-6 months to different parts of Europe, and I have been fortunate enough to see some stunning landscapes and take part in some incredible adventures.

I am a big fan of sports and love to try new activities that get my adrenaline pumping. There is nothing quite like the rush of trying something new and pushing yourself to your limits.

In short, I am an adventure seeker at heart, and I am always excited to explore new places, meet new people, and try new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am Couchsurfing because there are many benefits to staying with locals. Staying with locals allows me to experience the local culture firsthand and learn about their way of life, customs, and traditions. I also enjoy meeting new people and making friends through Couchsurfing, as locals often have insider tips on the best places to eat, visit, and explore. Overall, Couchsurfing provides a unique and memorable travel experience that I wouldn't have had otherwise, and I am excited to continue exploring the world through this alternative form of travel.

Teach, Learn, Share

In Couchsurfing, I would love to both teach and learn from my hosts and fellow travelers. As someone who is passionate about adventure and exploring new cultures, I would love to share my knowledge and experiences with others. Whether it's teaching others about the best hiking trails in Europe or sharing tips on budget travel, I am always happy to help others have the best possible experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a Couchsurfing guest, I believe that it's important to give back to my hosts and show my appreciation for their hospitality. One thing that I can share with my hosts is my passion for cooking. I love to experiment with new recipes and ingredients, and I would be more than happy to cook a meal for my hosts as a way of saying thank you.

In addition to cooking, I can also share my knowledge and experiences about travel and adventure. Whether it's sharing tips on the best hiking trails or the most scenic routes to take, I am always happy to share my insights and help others plan their own adventures.

Furthermore, I am always open to learning new things and trying new experiences, so if my host has a particular hobby or interest that they are passionate about, I would be more than happy to learn from them and participate in those activities together.

Overall, I believe that Couchsurfing is all about sharing and learning from one another, and I am excited to share my passions and experiences with my hosts while also learning from them in return.
