Hey there, I'm Dana!

I took 2019 off to travel and figure out what to do with my life (haven't had any luck so far). After an epic bike adventure in New Zealand I came to explore the Canadian east coast with my partner.

Naturally as a couchsurfer, I was fortunate enough to explore some of the world before. What I love the most about travelling is, that I am able to connect with people that are as divers as this world let's them be! I love the challenging discussions that force me to review my beliefs and correct my viewpoint by simulataniously letting me grow into a wiser version of myself.

I do love nature and politics, so I decided for myself to live a vegan lifestyle on my own demands. I consider myself as a chill but passioned human beeing, that clumsily trys to find a path within this riddeled existence. While doing so, I try to be as ecofriendly and respectful as I can. Honesty is most important to me, so please be open about anything that is bothering you.

Some keywords: dog-person, technolover, green of spring, soulfood=art, the colour of poppies, the rustling sound of dry leaves and fresh snow, there is no bad weather-just bad clothing.

Because I love to host for travellers, as they are an most interesting folk. I did like the bike equivalent "warmshowers". And of course I love to meet with locals within the countrys I am exploring myself.

Musica, film e libri

Music: Love most of it and will find a good sound in any song/track or Rap :) If I am in the mood for dancing through the night, I prefer Techno and other electornical music, as it gets me into this meditative state, where all my thoughts flow into my movement.

Movies: hugh, there are SO many good movies out there! Some examples of my favorites: Black swan, Mother, Antichrist, American Hustle, Clockwork orange, Oceans 11/12/13, some french movies can be pretty deep too!

Books: no chance I am going to count all the books I fell in love with. I like novels as well as some good written non fiction. I tend to read a lot of fantasy and biographys, but sometimes have this deep research periods, where I just read books on a certain topic.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Me and my boyfriend went stargazing in El Salvador and discovered, that if we ran at the beach, little luminescent Spots would appear in the wet sand. No need to say that we spent most of the night racing at the beach in awe about the lights above and under us.

I have an unwillingly entertaining reputation, as some friends like to just watch me beeing me. So I got that going for me which is nice. Other then that I really love to cook and would say I am able to prepair a yummy meal! I am kind of handy as well, so if you need something done around your place, I may be able to help you out :)
