ABOUT ME

I grew up in Maine and love the outdoors! Everything from trail running, skiing, hiking, biking, surfing, and recently paragliding. While I was going to school outside of Boston, I decided to study abroad in Australia and have been addicted to traveling ever since! Last summer I moved out west to Boulder and have enjoyed every minute of living in such an amazing place.

PHILOSOPHY

Do what makes you happy! There are too many amazing opportunities out there to waste your time at a job you hate just because "you're supposed to". Be creative, make your own path and enjoy life!

Meet people while travelling, show other travelers around in places I live, couch surf while travelling, and host whenever I'm in the same location for awhile

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met tons of cool people along my travels both sharing my couch and couch surfing myself. It's always been a positive experience and I've made some awesome friends along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music and playing guitar. I enjoy any place with live music (especially blues and bluegrass recently), or crazy karaoke nights with friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding off the mountains in New Zealand, skiing the mountains of Colorado after a foot of fresh powder, running 50 miles through Zion National Park in a day, and surfing the beaches of Ecuador at sunset were some of the best from the past year... Lots of other crazy adventures too, just ask me :)

Teach, Learn, Share

It's always fun to share music during a jam session or swap stories with other travelers. I'm also happy to share any of the stuff I've learned about working anywhere and freeing yourself from the typical 9-to-5 lifestyle...
