Hey! Well, my name is Dana and I am living in Halifax with 4 other amazing people! I will keep it short and sweet, we all like to have fun and meet new people, and surely if you couchsurf with us you will have an amazing time! That pretty much sums it up! :)

I have been lucky enough to couchsurf with a lot of cool people this summer, and am looking forward to being able to return the favour in the future!

Interests

I love to learn new skills! The more random, the better! I love going hiking, taking photos, partying, biking, cooking and of course meeting sweet people!

Music, Movies, and Books

Okay here we go...
Music: Anything with a good beat. I love dub, reggae, ska and dance/electronic. The bass can be fast or slow, as long as its there. Some favorite bands include Sublime, Zeds Dead, Brazilian girls, Kyteman, the Upsetters, and many more!

Movies: Forgetting Sarah Marshall is definitely up there, I love to laugh. Harry Brown and Shawshank redemption are also really good. I admit, i did not ever get into Harry Potter or LOTF movies, and didnt like inception. hahah! Hopefully that isnt a deal breaker. I think my favorite movie of ALL TIME is Steve Martin and John Candy's Planes, Trains and Automobiles. So great!

Books: I am always looking for great books to read! Treasure Island, Dr. Jekyll and My. Hyde, Lord of the Flies, the Glass Castle, and The end of poverty are all in my favorites right now.
