About Me

Hi! I'm Dana and I dream of someday living in a tree house. I'm into books, gin, and designing runway fashion out of trash. I try to eat vegan, but will totally not judge you if you love bacon. I worked on the Bernie Sanders campaign and will happily spend hours criticizing the Cheeto-in-Chief, ass-slug of a president that the United States somehow got stuck with. My best friends have hosted many couch surfers over the years, and I'm all about making friends and having adventures-- not just sleeping on your couch.

I lived in Germany for a year and half in high school and college and have traveled through most of Western Europe, particularly Spain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be walking the Camino de Santiago in May and June, and then heading up to Kiel, Germany to see the regatta and city that my family emigrated from in 1856.

Interests

In my free time I design runway fashion out of recycled material for a group in California called Haute Trash. (www.hautetrash.org) I have also been known to make Jane Austen dresses and take up English country dancing.
