ABOUT ME

I'm Dana and I'm left handed.I play Ultimate frisbee, I love biology and nerdy things. I work at Johns Hopkins in the Urology Department and I really do love my job and my snazzy lab coat. I like to try new things and see new places. I'm awesome.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't understand anyone who wouldn't want to see the world. Life is an adventure, make the most of it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think it's a great idea for loads of people to offer their couches to travelers. What better way to experience a new city, country or culture than by hanging with the locals? I'm all about it and offer my couch to anyone who wants to see Baltimore and use it to connect to others when I travel. It's genius!
Also,I understand that last minute traveling is loads of fun but since I'm busy with frisbee and friends, last minute (as in the week of) requests for surfing usually never work out. To make it easier on the both of us, ask at least 2 weeks in advance. I look forward to hosting you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a cool guy and his roommates in Portland Oregon and it was great. He made us feel welcome and showed us around to a few cool places. I now have hosted a few people and it's been a great overall experience. I've met some awesome individuals.

Interessen

Obviously traveling, playing Ultimate frisbee, hanging out, meeting interesting people with awesome stories, arts and crafts, dinosaurs, biology, naps.

Disney movies, LOTR, Jurassic Park, both Ace Venturas, Seven, as long as it's not a romantic comedy I'll probably like it.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I helped save sea turtles in Costa Rica through the program PRETOMA. You'll never experience anything like it. Seeing Machu Picchu was really awesome too. This section will become a list, I can't pick just one.

I want to learn all about different lifestyles and how each individual finds their own happiness, discover people's passions and what makes them tick. I love to talk to people about things they love.
