ABOUT ME

Well, I have feet, hands, fingers, and toes. Legs, arms, and a head. I love all the art and beauty this world has to offer. I enjoy travel and the human connections that can be made when hearts are willing.
I have spent the past decade studying varying methods around health and wellness, and now am moving forward into studying the psycho-spiritual aspects of well-beingness. I seek new connections and experiences which nourish and support the development of what I've learned into something I can share with the world.
I enjoy conversations about things deep and light, and prefer to talk about what is real. Some of my current reads include Robert Bly, Thomas Moore, Marie Louise Von Franz, and other Jungian inspired thinkers.

PHILOSOPHY

I am enthralled with tools for personal development and self exploration. I am currently spending much of my time studying communication techniques for compassionate and authentic communication. My mission is to learn how to hear and share with the freedom of a child and the wisdom of a sage.

Harvested grapes and made wine on International women's day, then proceeded to drink wine, eat goat cheese and real bbq in the high desert of western Argentina. An epic day of reverence, and the incarnation of Señora Cabernet.
