Staying with locals and others who love travel, and meeting new people is the best way to experience a destination. Hosting and staying with couch surfers has always been an incredible positive experience for me, and I have enjoyed the company of every traveler I have met and stayed with!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a huge fan of acoustic instruments and music with a strong folk influence, but I really love and listen to anything as long as it has soul and integrity. But I still love to dance, so I can really get into anything!

I often read lifestyle and biography style books alongside more academic or science based books but honestly it just depends on what grips me most in the moment!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If I had to boil down my life to only one interesting thing... it would have to be my experience travelling the world and competing as a professional Pogo Jumper. I have been jumping for 15 years and am considered one amongst the greatest athletes in the sport since its informal start in the early 2000s. It sounds weird... and believe me, it is. But give it a search online and you will be in for a pleasant surprise. air powered pogo sticks jump over 3 meters in the air and there are almost no limits to what we can do on them. Feel free to ask me about pogo as it is one of the biggest parts of my being and my story here on earth!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a huge advocate of fine tea and I'm always open to share and teach others about this art and passion of mine. If I have my pogo stick we will have to give it a go as well, and I'm always open to help others practice speaking english or french.
