I was born in Iceland, moved to Denmark when I was a kid. Now I live in Australia, woop woop! I'm laid-back and all about trying new things - like when I moved to the other side of the globe. I love learning, exploring, talking about anything, and a cold pint or a hot cup of coffee (depending on when, where, and who I'm with! )

I love cooking, and especially eating what I've cooked. And I love exploring local cuisines and homecooked meals from all over the world! Food brings people together better than anything else...

I enjoy going to concerts and festivals. Best one so far—Roskilde Festival, Denmark! A full 8 days of absolute mayhem, love, friendship, talking and dancing with strangers, and, of course, beers.

I love long walks/hikes, preferably somewhere in the world with a nice view. Back home, you can join me for a run to the beach near my house - it's not too far!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I swam with whale sharks in WA, it was surreal. River rafting was really fun, too. Would love to do more extreme sports, but unfortunately, that's pretty expensive.
Also, I snorkeled and saw a big sea turtle at Gili Air, Indonesia - that was pretty cool. (Although, at the time, I was absolutely terrified).

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I want to learn more languages. Probably Italian? And I want to learn how to surf, climb, skate, yoga, handstand, cooking macaroons, combat sports, aaaaand much more!

Current goal: transform my Scandinavian accent into an Australian one. (It's harder than you'd think!)

I've never skied before, so that's definitely also on my to-do list.
