If you want to stay in my apartment, you need to follow these simple rules:
1. No smoking in the apartment.
2. No walking in shoes. I suggesting bringing sleepers or walking barefoot.
3. No guests without my prior permission.
4. Give me $15 for laundry (washing bed sheets and towels) or bring your own.
5. If staying 3 nights or more, cook me your favorite meal. (if you can't cook, you can take me out to a nearby restaurant). Feel free to cook more than once :)
6. If staying 5 nights or more, help me clean the apartment.
7. You have to be a friendly person.
