My name is Daniela, I'm 21 years old and I come from Germany. I study in Ulm which is a city in the south of Germany. At the moment I'm living in Málaga, Spain to do an Erasmus semester.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a good opportunity to meet new people from other cities and countries, get to know each other and to share nice moments together. I really enjoy talking with international people speaking other languages, and I would like to improve my Spanish. Additionally, I love to travel and learn about other cultures. Thats's why I like couchsurfing and hosting people as well who also like to travel and meet new people.

Interests

I like walking in the mountains as well as enjoying the sun and the water at the beach. Moreover, I'm playing the trumpet in a brass group, because I like music.
Also I enjoy going out with friends and have some nice conversations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2015 I was in Israel for 9 weeks as a volunteer. I really enjoyed this trip, because we were a group of about 20 volunteers in a Moshav near Jerusalem. The volunteers came from all over the world and it was a really nice experience to get to know so many different people and get to know to new languages and cultures. We were helping out in a hotel of the Moshav and in our free time we traveled together though the country. The best trip was to the south to Eilat where we slept one night in the beach at the Read Sea on the sand which was really amazing.
