About Me

Important: I currently can't host people, I'm moving to a new place. Sometime in the middle of 2018 march I will start accepting guests again :)

I work as a developer for horbito.com but I do a lot of things from playing guitar and singing to activism. I like new experiences and meeting new people all the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and meeting new people and I believe in the sharing economy.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: almost anything, but my reference bands are Pink Floyd, Radiohead and Alt-J. One day I'll be listening to Fugees and the next one to The Police.

Movies: didn't really watch many films, but I'm into experimental/psychedelic stuff.

Books: I've been reading lately a lot of non-fiction about economy, society, ethics and related. For example, The Moral Landscape by Sam Harris or The Zero Marginal Cost Society by Jeremy Rifkin.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once rejected an iPod that I won in an ecology contest with a video against programmed obsolescence about "how to reduce the production of waste". The video of the rejection speech got half a million hits on YouTube. I was 15.

Also, I made a live mashup of a Radiohead song (High and Dry) and an Indian song with a friend that I hosted via couchsurfing back in Puerto Rico. It was completely improvised. I have it on video I can show it to you :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Looking forward to exchange ideas and skills.

I can teach you about software engineering, playing guitar and ukelele, how to solve a Rubik's cube and a bunch of other things.

I'm sure I can learn a lot from you as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My gratitude! Also vegan food from cool restaurants

Disclaimer: not looking for anything beyond friendship :)
