Music, Movies, and Books
The Lumineers, Kings of Leon, movie soundtracks, The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Books: Ken Follet (Century Trilogy is my absolute favorite), Circling the Sun, Out of Africa. Shows: GoT, Stranger Things, Parks and Rec (Ron Swanson is the man), Favorite movie: To Catch a Thief, Dances with Wolves and Robin Hood (Kevin Costner version - yes even though he doesn't even attempt an English accent 😂)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed Mt. Fuji in Japan and Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, rode a bicycle through Hell's Gate National Park, went dog sledding in Norway and have backpacked solo through Africa for six months.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn how to cook food from different cultures and am just dipping my toes into the art of photo editing, teachers welcomed! I can teach you how to play very basic cords on the Ukulele (if I remember them) and how to play Rummy (need help diversifying my skills apparently).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Beers and hopefully good conversation
