From growing up in the United Kingdom, to living in Australia from the age of 18, I now want to embark on a lifetime adventure. One which involves travelling the world, meeting new people and creating lifelong memories.

Never say never!!! I love to try new things, life is too short to say no - unless you know the outcome will be detrimental to your health and well-being.

I love the outdoors and to keep fit. I enjoy going to the gym regularly, lifting heavy weights and competing in strongman competitions. Throughout the summer months, nothing beats hitting the beach, enjoying a wide range of water sports and having a BBQ with good friends.

I love music! I try and go to as many music festivals as possible, especially when my favourite band is in town. If you were to go through my iPod, you would see genres across the whole spectrum, from classical, to drum and bass and not forgetting death core.

I am sucker for a good movie, especially in Perth during the summer. The rooftop movies in Northbridge are a must!!!

I won a scholarship to volunteer in a remote community in the Philippines to increase their health and well-being on a physical, social, spiritual and psychological level. It was a life changing experience and I would go back in a heart beat. However, I go trekking through the Amazon rainforest in December 2014, that might be cool.

I love to hike, mountain bike, train hard in the gym and swim thousands of lengths. Anything fitness based, I am here to teach you. I can show you a relaxing day out, cycling the streets of Perth, or take you one step further and put you through your paces at a personal boot camp at my gym.

I would love to learn about local culture in the countries that I travel to. Visit comedy bars, eat great cuisine and converse in great conversation. If anyone is a good cook, I am happy to learn.
