Hello! Bonjour! Hola! Hej!

I am Dani, a dancer/choreographer based in Brussels where I help running an artistic space called volksroom (check it out on volksroom.com) which is also my house. I am born where the equator splits the world in half, Nicaragua, Central America but we moved to Sweden (!) very early on so this is where I grew up. Growing up with a northern spirit and an latin american soul. I am a strong believer in the arts and that creativity and sharing spreads understanding and opens new perspectives. So I dedicate myself to the arts by writing, dancing and making pieces.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Besides the arts I believe that traveling is one of the most important things in a life that can widen your perspective and constantly transform the way you see things. Couch surfing is a lovely way to unexpectedly meet and learn from people that you would not maybe not have crossed your path otherwise.
