ABOUT ME

i grew up in new york city where everything was exciting and fast and endless and great. i lived abroad for four and a half years between Spain, Israel, and Southeast Asia, wandering a lot though never lost (almost never)! i would like to learn how to surf. the traveling i've done so far in my life makes my feet itch to go to new places, but ultimately - or at least what i aim for - is to find presence in everything i do

as part of a long journey in wonderful places like asheville, the pyrenees, ardeche, and the negev desert I am being pulled by the wonders of permaculture, and would love to share and receive ideas/tips !!

i think good thoughts. i always have a smile to offer, stories to exchange, and meals and drinks to share with all the friends i have yet to meet whether hosting or being hosted.

my latest dream is to build myself a mud-home in an oak forest with lichens and mosses, and plant a garden

i am a student and a teacher (everyone has both within them). i've been very lucky to have had some incredible teachers in my life, to meet amazing people everywhere i go and to be able to go to amazing places.
