Music, Movies, and Books
Music - I'm very eclectic but with a strong preference for blues and rock & roll. I've recently started listening to a lot of electro-swing and I love it. A few favourite bands are: The Beatles, Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, The Cat Empire, Parov stellar, The XX, Nina simone, B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Tom Waits, Alabama 3, George Clinton, Bob Marley, The Rolling stones...
Movies - Been quite into watching foreign movies lately. Life Is Beautiful, Le Petit Nicola, I'm a Cyborg But That's OK, Even the Rain, The Motorcycle Diaries, The Fall, to name a few. All so very beautiful.
Books - I always have a book on me. A few that I really like are One Hundred Years of solitude, On The Road, Thus spoke Zarathustra, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, The Little Prince, Catch-22...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteering with Crisis UK and cooking for homeless people on Christmas Eve and Christmas day felt really special. I went there thinking I had so much to give to them but felt like I was the lucky one who left having gained so, so very much. It has changed me completely ever since.
