ABOUT ME

I'm a 33 year old single mom. I have an 11 year old daughter who is amazing. We are very fun, easy going, laid back people. We're very social, down to earth girly girls. We have close family ties, love divirsity, love animals. My daughter Bella is finally at an age where I think we can start travelling and exploring life & cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

I suppose I live my life knowing each day will be a little better than the day before.. I will learn more, grow more, live more, love more.. I tend to be a unpaid therapist, philanthropist.. I like to give what I can.

Well I have just joined.. I would like to be available to share any CS opportunities. I love people, meeting people & sharing who we are.. finding our common threads.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't been an official surfer yet.. but have formed bonds with people whereever I go, with so many I meet.. I look forward to making a lifetime of friendships.

Interests

I like languages (although only really speak a little spanish) I like to dance, experience others cultures, read, socialize with friends, dine out, enjoy the outdoors -walk, I can sew, am creative, love caring for people, sharing my world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Alot of movies I watch are with my daughter.. however I like action, romance, comedy, dramedy.. not into horror.. I generally listen to a mix of music at home, pop, rock, easy listening.. and delve into local music when traveling. I read entertainment & fashion mags, classic books, love stories..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

not so amazing.. while in Spain a few years back, my friends & I witnessed a mother & daughter get hit by some men who had stolen a car.. the men ran away leaving the women in the street.. my friends & I were first on the scene, we were able to get the ambulance & local police.. we assisted in shading their bodies while workers tried to revive them. I have never been proud of witnessing their misfortune. I am only happy to be there, to give shelter & prayers to 2 women who were left no choices. I wish they could have lived, but am glad we did all we could.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach another about american culture & sewing.. I'm sure I would learn much more about what I have to offer once I host someone... I hope to learn from others whatever they contain. maybe some cooking abroad, others ways of making livings.
