CURRENT MISSION

Building a yoga, art and nature retreat house, in a very beautiful place near to the lost mountain in the Pyrenees. At this moment, studding in India for a few months.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CSers have stayed in my place. it was a great experience and i think it´s a wonderful idea and way of building community. i hope to meet people in this way in my trip to Nepal and India, and on my return host again...

Interesses

Yoga: I try to have a yogic live style developing the four paths (karma, raja, bakty and jnyajnya yoga). My raja yoga practice consist in Vipassana meditation twice and hata yoga once on a day. Hike Mountains: I love trekking, cycling and cross country skiing... Arts: Especially dance. Other interests and practices I love: Bio-construction, Eco-Arquitecture, Cooking, reading, music, theatre, cimema...
