Hi there!
My name is Daniek. I would like to describe myself as an open, going with the flow of life, let's say free-spirit- young full power woman :)
Since ten years I love to travel around the world, either for my job as a tour leader or just for myself. Last year I went to India for 6 months, there I have done a yoga teaching training and I honestly can say that this opened up even more creativity and trust in my life.
I get lots of energy of meeting people, and getting to know a little bit of their life stories. I love to ask questions and to write stories. Besides that I'm a crazy dancer and theater lover. On freelance base I work at schools for refugee children and I live in a house with 3 other lovely women in the center of Amsterdam.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

This is the place to live life on a trustful base. I see the world through very trustful glasses, and in my general kind of life, back home, I feel like I need to convince people about the many good people there are around us. Couch surfing is for me an open place where people can trust each other and can give to others without the need of receiving back in a materialistic way. I think it's great to keep this way of trusting others and opening yourself up for new souls!

音乐、电影和书籍

I'm a mix of everything, sometimes I listen to Dutch songs I heard in theater. Then I sing really loud along. Other times I do prefere slow, yoga kind of music. The coffee jazz Spotify lists I also love. Actually I see in the moment what I prefer to listen to. Could be African drums, sing and song writers, Indie alternative, soul or more pop music.

To read: I love readings about yoga, meditation. I'm reading the Celestine prophecy at the moment. Always open for inspiration of others!

I'm always willing to give a yoga class in the morning! I'm still learning as well.... so I'm happy to use couch surfers as my guinea pigs ;)
I can teach You Dutch and I love to talk about culture differences, spirituality, Vipassana experiences, just about LIFE!

My couch is free to sleep on! I can share my experiences in different country's around the world. Also, I can share my yoga knowledge or we can share some dancing movements :)
