Hi, my name is Daniel.
I'm 26 years old and studying Bachelor Media Engineering.
I'm a really relaxed type of guy, very helpful and interested in all kind of new experiences. I may be a bit shy when meeting new people, but only until we got to know each other better ;)
I've been to many different countries for holidays. My longest and coolest trip was traveling through Thailand for one month. I especially enjoyed the food and beautiful locations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never done couchsurfing before, but a friend told me about it and I think it sounds really great. My interest is not to save money. I think it offers a way more better experience in getting to know the culture, personalities and maybe cool locations of another country.

Interests

I love driving my motorcycle and I love eating good food! At home I'm also pretty interested in new technology stuff, thats also what I'm connected with in my study. I also like going to the cinema or bars.
When traveling, I definitely want to try all delicious kinds of local foods and collect a lot of new experiences.
But I'm not much into going to museums, I prefer parks, beaches, restaurants.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Alternative Rock/Pop like The Do, Coldplay, Radiohead, Oasis, Belle & Sebastian etc.
Movies: everything from Quentin Tarantino, The Big Lebowski, the good classics like Star Wars or Back To The Future, but also some comic filmings

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking through a tough terrain and climbing several slippery walls up and down in Thailand to get to a beautiful lagoon - just with flip flops. Was pretty scary afterwards, but definitely worth it :)
