Overview
About Me
I am 24 years old from New York, traveling around Asia before I head back home. I spent the past year living and teaching in Shenzhen, China and am now traveling through Japan.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling through Japan is expensive (especially on a teacher's salary in China)! I look forward to meeting new people, trading experiences, and saving money.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English, music, or programming!
I'd love to learn some Japanese, cooking, or anything cultural.
I love sharing stories, especially about travel. I've had the opportunity to travel all over Asia and Europe and hearing other peoples' experiences always makes me hungry for more.
What I Can Share with Hosts
When staying at someone's home, I would be happy to lend my knowledge as a teacher in either English, music, or computer science. I love to cook as well and am happy to cook meals, though I am not too knowledgable on Japanese cooking techniques. I am independent and friendly so I am happy to stay out of your way or join you during the day, whatever you would prefer. Thanks!
