Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm walking through (Western) Europe from march until august (2015) and couch surfing seemed like a great opportunity to meet people and get around easily.
Also, growing up, my parents always had somewhat of an open house. More often than not the house was filled with my friends, theirs, visitors, friends of friends, and that taught me that guests are more of a joy than they are a burden.
