Overview
About Me
I'm generally very calm and don't see the point in focusing on the bad or getting angry, I also used to be rather shy in my younger years but that faded away eventually.
I moved out of my mother's place at the age of 17 while still going to school.
I was able to stay with 4 other people (that got substituted from time to time) at a house that was a shared living arrangement for young people. After a year I was able to get my own apartment. Finished school, did an internship at the IT-department of an insurance company but left it after 4 months to start working in call centers which was more or less my gap year.
Then I started my apprenticeship as an "Industrial Management Assistant" (which is the fancy official translation, it's basically an allrounder office job) at a subsidiary of The Boeing company. I just finished my apprenticeship and now I'm about to start studying Computer Science and Business (alternative translations are: Business Informatics, Business Administration and Information Technology, etc) in october in a dual system.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To have some enjoyable time. Meet people. Make friends. Simple as that.
I believe that one can open up much faster when meeting strangers and I feel like people tend to be much more honest with people outside of their everyday life.
Interests
Recently I've been to many concerts and some anime conventions (without a costume though). My main intention in almost everything I do is to have a good time, meet new people and make friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC:
I generally prefer live concerts over clubbing. I'm also able to enjoy all kinds of music when I'm in company however if I'm by myself or with people who listen to the same kind of music I prefer to stick to following genres:
Post-Hardcore: e.g. Before Their Eyes, Underoath, La Dispute, Juneva, Dance Gavin Dance, The Fall of Troy, Pierce The Veil, Sleeping with Sirens, Annisokay, etc
Melodic-Hardcore: e.g. Burning Down Alaska, Rising Anger, Heart in Hand, Counterparts, The Ghost Inside, Being as an Ocean, etc
Metalcore: e.g. Architects, Parkway Drive, Bring Me The Horizon, August Burns Red, A Day To Remember, etc
Pop-Punk: e.g. All Time Low, Paramore, Sum 41, Billy Talent, Forever the Sickest Kids, Rise Against, etc
Alternative: e.g. Thousand Foot Krutch, Three Days Grace, Flyleaf, Breaking Benjamin, Skillet, etc
