Hey guys and girls,

I'm starting new years with a bang! No house? No job... Would be so grateful for a little help/place to sleep. At this stage i'm about to hire a office space for $70 in Surry Hills for storage, desk and other basic amenities, though i cannot sleep there, so it's either me and my little tent or a nice soft couch! Ahhh, or maybe even a bed! :D I'd be in and out like a fairy. :)

In return i can offer my friendship and help around the house, or even web design, 3D modelling, graphic art or photography.

I don't know many people in Sydney and any help would be real nice.
