Hey! I’m Daniel, a Colombian traveler, entrepreneur, and curious soul who’s been part of the Couchsurfing community since 2015. I’ve lived in Colombia, the U.S., Turkey, and several European countries — each place has shaped who I am today.

I love exchanging cultures, sharing stories over a coffee (or a cold beer), and learning something new from every person I meet. I’m passionate about renewable energy, delicious food, good music, and spontaneous adventures. I’m the kind of guest who’ll show up with a smile, help cook dinner, and probably teach you how to dance some salsa or vallenato.

I travel not just to see places, but to connect with people. Some of my closest friendships started through Couchsurfing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I once traveled solo across Turkey for over a month, from Istanbul to the southeast, hitchhiking, couchsurfing, and even sleeping in a cave in Cappadocia. I didn’t speak Turkish at the time, but I had some of the most heartfelt conversations of my life.
