About Me

On my gap year at the moment, taking a break before launching into a long course like Dentistry.

I like to think I'm an open-minded, easy-going individual, who is opinionated about a wide variety of subjects, from politics to the environment, and loves to experience different cultures through travelling, beyond all the usual tourist attractions available.

I love exploring local food dishes, which I believe is one of the most special things of visiting somewhere new, as well as finding out the stories of people I meet when travelling.

I love listening to music, performing music, singing music, all things music related!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing gives a much better insight into the place you are visiting, in comparison to staying at a hotel for example. By staying with someone who has so much local knowledge, you can really discover lesser known places/gems which you wouldn't otherwise have known about, as well as hopefully becoming friends with the host too. Also, I like the giving-back concept, that you provide people with a place to stay, and you can also find a place to stay if you need to yourself.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have really broad music tastes, so I probably like something that you like. I prefer TV series to movies - Stranger Things and Game of Thrones are my favourites at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently volunteered for 3 months in Nicaragua on a water and sanitation project, which was really eye-opening with regards to seeing inequality from a global perspective.

Teach, Learn, Share

I always like learning the language of the place I am visiting, so you can teach me some words if you like.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you've got a piano, I can share some music. I can also share interesting facts about London, and other random facts which are probably of limited use in life.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, China, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Macao, Nicaragua, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Wales

Countries I’ve Lived In

England, United Kingdom
