About Me

I am an avid traveler and have traveled to almost every continent in the world (besides South America and Antarctica). One of my favorite aspects of traveling is meeting new people. I have learned so much from the people I have met traveling and hope to continue through couch surfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking for a more economic and intimate way of traveling. When I spent time traveling through Europe and Africa i had awesome experiences at hostels. Unfortunately, in the US hostels are not really a thing. As a substitute I was hoping I could get that "hostel experience" through couch surfing by learning from a local.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love all types of music. One my favorite genres is alternative rock, but I am always looking for exposure to new sounds!

I am a huge movie fan, again I am in love with all movies, but I am very partial to science fiction and fantasy. I am a massive Lord of the Rings fan and Quentin Tarantino is one of my favorite directors.

I really enjoy reading and just like my movies, I am a big fan of science fiction and fantasy. I have recently been reading the Storlight Archive series by Brandson Sanderson, the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown, and The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. I am always looking for good reads, even outside of the science fiction and fantasy realms.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent over 10 months traveling the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn to become a better cook, so I would be very interested in helping out in the kitchen.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories of my travels. I can also help around the house with any chores including yard work. I am great company and love to talk.
