About Me
Hi all! I'm a sixth year engineering student living in Mission Beach, San Diego. I'm not sure how much longer I'll live here after I graduate, but I'm open to the idea of letting someone cool crash on the couch. It certainly wouldn't be the first time!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couch surfing as a cheap alternative to staying in hotels. Plus I figure that most people on this site are gonna be pretty chill, if they're open to some of the more nomadic sides of life.
Interests
First and foremost, MUSIC. I have a very musical apartment down here at the beach. I also enjoy surfing, reading, occasionally kickin it with the neighbor on a weekday, that kind of thing. I'm also very devoted to my studies in electrical engineering, my time in school has given me real appreciation for the time we live and the things we'll accomplish as people in our lifetime.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm into a lot of old soul music, ala Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, getting into early 70's funk like Sly and the Family Stone, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway. Then of course there's my southern rock/jam bands like Gov't Mule, the Dead, the Allman Brothers (RIP), the Tedeschi Trucks Band, Vintage Trouble, the Chris Robinson Brotherhood. Also the Beatles, the Stones, some Indian classical music, some modern rock...in other words, good shit :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had my own personal Woodstock on the mountains of a ski resort in Upstate New York in Summer 2014 when I flew out alone for Mountain Jam. 4 days of camping, killer music, and new friends :) so fun.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a pretty laid back person, I find I usually contribute to conversations in a meaningful well and people generally enjoy my company :) plus I'm always down to toke
