Overview
About Me
I am a 22-year-old student of mechanical engineering. I'd say that I'm a reasonable person looking forward to learning new things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It all started with the wish to get to know people abroad while I was studying in the US. Having made good experiences, I went on a two week trip in Florida where I got to know wonderful couchsurfers. That is why I decided to keep on it and to open my appartment for nice people interested in getting to know Mannheim. Couchsurfing is also a great opportunity to keep on using the languages I've learned (English, French, and since some weeks Spanish)
Interests
I like everything that relates to water: swimming, diving, water ski,...
Besides, since I'm tall, I like to go jogging or riding my bike.
One of the main reasons why I've chosen to study mechanical engineering was my high interest in renewable energies.
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm acutally very open-minded in this field. Mostly I just turn the radio on. That means that I usally listen to mainstream music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I always wanted to go to the american continent for a larger period of time, but the flights were very expensive, my English wasn't good at that time and my parents were unwilling to support me financially. Instead of dropping my dream, I worked hard all summer long to earn money and flew to Vancouver for four weeks where I took English classes. Now, I'm the second time in America and speak nearly perfect English. I'm really ambitious when it comes to achieving my goals and dreams and I encourage everyone to persue what they really want in life!
