About Me
Hi!
My name is Dan. I am very open-minded and consider myself down to earth and easy to get along with. I have always been kind of nervous when it comes to this kind of travelling and not having the "Comfort" of a hotel, but I now realise that it is a very closed-minded approach to life. I am still young, and there are over 7 billion people on earth, so I think it is important to try new things and to be more adventurous! I am a pescatarian but I have no problem with whatever people choose to eat :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing as a way to meet some awesome new people while trying to explore as much as I can. I like to think that couchsurfing is about the experience we can gain and the memories the we can make! It is always good to meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of music and am always open to hearing new stuff!
My favourite movie is Pulp Fiction, but it is extremely difficult to just choose one. I love to watch a movie once it is intriguing and enjoyable....however I am not a big fan of musicals :)
I guess mystery books are my favourite kind. I have recently read 'Salem's lot' by Stephen King and enjoyed it a lot.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Maybe not amazing in terms of being unique, but I made my Grandfather's wish of visiting Berlin come true :)
He had always wanted to visit but had never gotten time, so I brought him for his 70th Birthday.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach some Irish words if anyone would like! haha
I would love to talk with other people about their own travel experiences and to hear their stories. I am currently trying to improve my German. Currently it is bad but I guess it takes time!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am always in the mood for a good conversation, and I love to learn about the differences in culture between countries.
