ABOUT ME

I am positive and optimistic. I can be shy around new people, but will open up over a few beers. I'm an extrovert but independent enough to do my own thing. I have respect and don't like to be a burden on others. I get excited by seeing new places, tasting/smelling great food, and hearing new music. I will usually push myself to do new things, simply because I might not get the chance to do it again.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in learning and listening. The two come together. There are so many people in the world now, there must be thousands who think just like you and enjoy the same things. Why not try to find them and learn something new.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had several couches to surf on throughout the the east of Canada and had some amazing hosts! So welcoming and helpful and makes me want to offer the same hospitality when I have a place to offer other travellers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen a cow sitting like a dog in the rain with its ears sagging. It was in a paddock on its own.
