我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm undertaking an almost month-long trip through the US, and I'd rather stay in somebody's house or apartment than in a hotel or hostel. I find it to be a friendlier experience, plus I can get to meet people and know what's interesting or not to them in their hometowns rather than just seeing its most famous sights. I will be staying in New York at the end of my trip, but I have no travel plans apart from that.
