Hello and Bonjour, Couchsurfing! I'm free for about three months this summer between leaving my job in Michigan and my next gig, whatever it is. Hopefully something related to my preferred field of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (Eco-Evo, as we say in the business).

I just finished WWOOFing for a month about an hour south of Bordeaux, so my French is defiinitely passable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here in Europe to improve my French and get some writing done: I write and read a lot. I'm traveling alone by train with the Interrail pass, and I hear couchsurfing is a good way to meet people. I love making friends and not spending a ton of money, and want to have authentic experiences with locals before I have to back to the U.S. Couchsurfing is perfect for me!

Je suis ici en Europe pour augmenter mon Francais et ecrire: je l'aime bien et je lis beaucoup aussi. Je voyage seulement en train avec le pass Interrail: j'ecoute que Couchsurfing est un truc excellent pour faire le connaisance des gens.
