Improve my Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Semba dancing

ABOUT ME

It was a sunny spring afternoon, I had just finished my last day of Masters studies and 6 years of studies had finally come to an end. It was one of the most relieving feelings, and two weeks of celebration was ahead. I sat there waddling my expensive 28 year old scotch whisky in my hand, A celebration that me and my friend had invested in.

I had just a few hours back said goodbye to all my international friends from my last two year. Gosh I will really miss them. The feeling of meeting new people from everywhere in the world talking about their life stories and where they are heading.

After a few whiskys, beers, champagne we had created a couchsurfing account, invited every girl and guy we could possible find in the Gothenburg channel to a crayfish party a couple month into the future. Per said to me: how the hell are we gonna fit all this people in our apartment. “no worries Per, that is a problem for future Daniel and Per”.

It’s later and that party was one of the most fun time I ever had, and most of the friends I hang out with every day. Image the impact of one spontaneous action .
The passion for meeting new people and new culture has only been growing this past year and I can say that this is something I really enjoy. I like hosting couchsurfer and in the near future I will also head out for couchsrufing experience myself.

My passion for dancing, guitar and whisky, cultures and food is something I am going to improve. My destinations are vineyards in Italy, Salsa congress in Brazil among many other places.

PHILOSOPHY

My Philosophy is to constantly develop myself and I do not see any limitations in what i can achieve.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to have both couchsurfers at my place as well as visit couchsurfers in other countries. My goal is to meet and get to know people from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had three couchsurfer so far and the experience has been great. I have loved to meet them and I am looking forward to see them again when I visit their respective countries.

I have only hosted so far but I am looking forward to travel and meet couchsurfers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My amazing hallelujah moments is yet to come and thats why I want to couchsurf.

My military traing was the most challanging and rewarding year of my life. I got to know everything about myself and how I react in different situation.

My amazing student time, where everyweek was a new experince with friends. When you can decide your own time and place, there is no boundries.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach dancing as I am currently engage in 5 different dance styles. My main dances are Salsa, Bachata and Bug, but I am getting better by the day in Kizomba and Semba as well.

I can teach the Swedish language. I am currently helping my Indian co-workers improve their Swedish language skills.

I am also have knowledge in entrepreneurship so if someone have business ideas I can give comprehensive feedback :) I am also a whisky monger and thus I can teach whisky. I can give incredible whisky tasting :)

I want to learn food, culture, language, dances, wines. I want to learn how to cook food from each country, learn the culture and language.
