Hey there! I’m Daniel 👋🏼
Brand new to Couchsurfing and totally hooked after my first stay in Antalya—shoutout to my amazing host Victor, who reminded me how beautiful human connection can be 🙌🏼

A bit about me: I’m originally from Albania 🇦🇱, now living in San Francisco 🇺🇸, and I travel the world while working remotely as an AI engineer (yes, I teach machines to think 🤖). But outside of work, I’m all about real human experiences: laughing with strangers, wandering through unfamiliar streets, trying local dishes (even the questionable ones 😅), and creating memories that last way longer than any souvenir.

I’ve traveled solo quite a bit (Airbnbs, hotels, you name it) but honestly, nothing compares to staying with locals. It’s like unlocking the soul of a place. That’s why I’m here: to meet kind-hearted people, exchange cultures, share stories, and maybe become lifelong friends along the way.

I’m tidy, respectful, and always happy to contribute, whether it’s helping around the house, cooking a (decent) pasta, or sharing cool tech things if you’re into that. And of course, I love hosting people back when I’m in SF or wherever life takes me next. 🚀
