Hello, my name is Daniel Canyon King but I usually just go by my middle name, Canyon. I am an 18-year-old from Taos, New Mexico. I am a snowboarder/ skateboarder and I love any type of adventure that comes my way. I have just recently graduated high school and in the future, I hope to explore the ocean and major in marine biology. My friend "Luka Nezi " and I are traveling together as a further exploration of our education and selves. We are making a full feature film of all our skateboarding, fun times and adventures over the course of our trip. I am a very outgoing kind individual, as is my friend. We both enjoy things such as music, board games, food, adventures and exploration and much many more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am Couch surfing because my friend and I are looking for a cheap alternative to the cooperate system of 5-star hotels and vacation bundles that take all the fun and experience out of exploring the world. We also are very keen on meeting new people and want to branch our webs out and meet as many people and make as many friends as we can.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music interests range from crazy music too mellow music, but my favorite would probably be Pink Floyd or hippie sabotage it all depends on mood though, I really enjoy a lot of types of music. What I listen to usually depends on my mood. My favorite movie is Ferris Bueller's day off and there will never be another movie that will change that for me, I grew up watching it and I think it has a lot to offer. My favorite book would most likely be the "Tao of Pooh " this book really helped me get through my last year of highschool and I'm sure it will help me in the future more.

HMMM, what can I share... well for starters I am a very warm person so I can share my smile and (in my opinion) a great sense of humor ;) hahaha. I have been told that I am a good problem solver. My Friend is pretty tech savvy so he can possibly help with any issues like that.
