Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to get in touch with other people from all over the world and maybe becoming new friends. I would like to learn more about their culture, food and lifestyle. Of course having a good conversation pared with a good laugh is one of the best things :)

Interests

I am a big sportsman and I like nearly every types of sports, like football, volleyball, teable-tennis, swimming, dancing, fishing, hiking and so on :)
I always like to try out new things, like food, different activities, and so on.
My philosophy in life is it try everything out at least once. You can't really say that you don't like it if you haven't tried it. 😉
I also wanna travel as much as possible to collect unique moments which I can later tell my grandchildren. I am not a materialistic type of person. I don't wanna wear expensive clothes or even having a Rolex. Why should I drive a good looking car?! Better invest your money in traveling and great experiences. In my opinion that counts much more than everything else.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am listening to a big variety of music and I like readind fantasy books, but somehow only in my vacations 🙈 (what a shame) 😅

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Speer fishing in Fiji was awesome and a great experience (even though I am still a bit sorry for the fishes I killed). 😍😅
Also bicycling 3.000 km from Germany to the black sea along the river Danube or hiking 3 weeks in Portugal was amazing :)

At the moment I am learning spanish because I wanna go to South America and be able to communicate with the locals there.
