UPDATE March 2024: I’m currently on a challenge, I want to hitchhike from Dakar all the way back to Europe! I already hitchhiked here on a sailboat via the Canarias and Cabo Verde. Now I want to go towards Europe again. I would be happy to meet you along the way and tell you all about some crazy experiences I had along the way :)

I would describe me as an light hearted, open person who is obsessed with traveling :) I am currently embarking on a long stay abroad in Central and South America. My plan is to travel and also work as a volunteer in between. I want to meet many new people and make new experiences on the way. But my plan is to do this in a slow way and also often stay longer at certain places.

I’m into everything that has to do with nature and sport, so hiking, trekking, camping, and such stuff!

Me describiría como una persona abierta, de corazón ligero y obsesionada con viajar :) Actualmente estoy embarcada en una larga viaje por América Central y del Sur. Mi plan es viajar y también trabajar como voluntaria. Quiero conocer a mucha gente nueva y hacer nuevas experiencias en el camino. Pero mi plan es hacerlo de forma pausada y también quedarme a menudo más tiempo en determinados lugares.

Me gusta todo lo que tenga que ver con la naturaleza y el deporte, así que senderismo, trekking, acampadas y cosas así.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like to travel on a light budget. But I mostly prefer a tent over a hotel and like to cook my food by myself on a small camping cooker :) But since camping isn't that good of an option in a city I turned to couch-surfing. Because I like to meet people I think that would be the perfect possibility to see a place with a locals eyes and have an even more awesome stay!

Me gusta viajar con poco presupuesto. Pero prefiero una tienda de campaña a un hotel y me gusta cocinar mi propia comida en una pequeña cocina de camping :) Pero como acampar en una ciudad no es una opción tan buena, he recurrido al couch-surfing. Como me gusta conocer gente, creo que es la posibilidad perfecta para ver un lugar con los ojos de un local y disfrutar de una estancia aún mejor.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2021 I lived for three months in my old station wagon car and traveller to Istanbul and back!!
Made so many amazing memories!!
A longer time ago I travelled Canada and the US for 3 months and it was the most amazing experience I ever had. I went there together with my cousin and together we first crossed the rocky mountains with the bicycle. Then we bought an old car for 750 bucks and cruised all over the west coast and visited all the national parks and had an amazing time :)

En 2021 viví tres meses en mi viejo coche ranchera y viajé a Estambul y de vuelta.
¡Hice tantos recuerdos increíbles!
Hace más tiempo viajé a Canadá y los EE.UU. durante 3 meses y fue la experiencia más increíble que he tenido. Fui allí junto con mi prima y juntos cruzamos primero las montañas rocosas con la bicicleta. Después compramos un coche viejo por 750 dólares y recorrimos toda la costa oeste y visitamos todos los parques nacionales y lo pasamos genial :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

When I have enough time, which is mostly the case in vacation, I really like to cook. So I would be happy to share my humble knowledge of the swiss cousine and cook you a typical swiss dinner sometime ;)
