Chi sono
I grew up in a poor and modest family. We didn't travel very often but when we did it was mostly camping and hiking trips. This is where my love for the outdoors and nature stems from. Since I was little, I was always interested in space and spaceships( .. who isn't?!) and that what inspired me to pursue a career in engineering.
I've been studying Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University since 2014, studied in Sevilla, Spain for a year in 2016, Lived in Minnesota for 7 months for an internship, and have been able to travel to several places during my years as a student.
I will be graduating in December 2019, so this summer I'm planning to solo travel in Europe for 3 months. I fell in love with Europe when I lived in Spain in 2016, but I feel like I didn't see enough and I'm coming back to everything I missed out on.
Countries on my itinerary: Portugal, España, Française, Belgium, Holland, Deutschland, Österreich, Česká Republika, Slovensko, Hungary, Danmark, and Sverige
Some of my hobbies include: Playing guitar, pyrography, playing video games, and traveling.
My favorite thing to do is travel. Meeting new people and making new friends is pure euphoria for me. When traveling in cities, I enjoy visiting museums (Science, history, and art mostly), finding hidden spots, and trying all the food! If I'm on a more naturistic trip, I enjoy hiking, camping, rock climbing, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
Interested or in the process of learning: Ice Climbing, Mountaineering, White water Kayaking, and Caving
Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing
I want to travel the world and see as many places as possible. However, It's not just the places I'm interested in but also the people. The more I travel, the more I realize how special making a new friend is and getting the chance to learn about their experiences. Genuine interaction and kindness shared between two people is the very best part of this life. Earth is this magnificent and beautiful place, with good people scattered all over. My goal in life is to find as many of these good people as I can and return the favor of kindness in some way. I think that Couchsurfing is inherently a great way to meet kind and genuine folks, because who else lets a random traveler crash on their couch?

Rappeled down a 150-meter waterfall near Pereira, Colombia.
Insegna, impara, condividi
I know A LOT about space (e.g. constellations, how planets and stars are formed, and NASA trivia), I'm knowledgable about engineering/ science in general and I can discuss those topics for hours. I always down to learn a new skill.
