About Me

Hello everyone. I am a Chinese guy here. Usually, I am pretty chill and easy-going. I could be excited and a little bit crazy sometimes but not at a level of making others uncomfortable. How I present myself to others depends on how close we are, and how the vibe is between us.

I am pretty open-minded. Understanding and accepting things that are different from what I have known and taught makes me have lots of friends with various backgrounds.

Cultural diversity attracts me more than other stuff, and travel is a very direct and enjoyable way for me to get to know and experience different cultures. So that's why I am here, also that is why I do show respect to all the cultures cause I know if you want to get respect, you gotta show it first. It is mutual.

I’m looking forward to making good memories and stories here.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to Pop, R&B and some Rock music including both Chinese and English songs.
I am interested in different kinds of books and movies. It depends on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went trekking with my cousin in Nepal.
I tried the best friend chicken in South Korea.
I saw the most beautiful sea in Thailand.
I spent a whole afternoon with my friends in Victoria Bay in Hongkong.
I visited Boston and NYC alone and met interesting people there.
I still keep writing my wonderful stories of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Chinese and English. I could be a good listener if you want to talk, and I can also be a good partner if you want to discuss something deep. If you ever want to try Chinese food, I could make some for you.
I would like to learn how to cook different food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my stories, my culture and my two cents of things happened in the world and in our lives.
I can also cook some basic Chinese food to my host if they would like to try.
