About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Charity Hitchhike Across Europe
ABOUT ME
Hey, I am a first-time hitch-hiker, about to travel across Europe for charity in Easter. I lived in Guadalajara, Mexico for a short period of 3 months last year, where I volunteered as an English teacher in several schools, universities and orphanages. Other than that, I have never freely travelled anywhere, and I'm really looking forward to making friends across the continent :)
PHILOSOPHY
The truth is nothing more than what we choose to believe in. There is no single or absolute 'fact' in a world populated by billions of differing opinions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment, I am solely a couchsurfer. I would love to also host, but as I don't own the house I currently live in, it is against our agreement to let others stay.
While the practical use is finding somewhere for me and my partner to stay for a night, I am really looking forward to making new friends via the couchsurfing community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have never couchsurfed before - a friend I met in a Mexico hostel last year told me about the community, but I've yet to try it out for myself.
Interests
My main passion is anything and everything to do with sound and music. I play the guitar and sing, and I study Music Technology BSc, planning to continue onto an MA in Audiology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The only time I have even remotely hitched is when I caught a ride from a 50+ strong motorcycle gang in Mexico, to meet my friends in a bar across town. It made me realise that appearances most certainly can be deceptive, and that life is a lot more boring if you don't trust people.
