I quit my job in IT Sales to travel the world by bicycle

Couchsurfing is the best way for me to get to know a culture and people. Staying with locals and eating local food is the core of it.

Even before my current journey I have travelled many places in this world - but I used Couchsurfing so far mainly for the Hangouts feature and met many amazing travelers.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am looking forward to meeting interesting people on my journey around the world and hope to occasionally have a nice place to stay at, a warm shower as well as to share and explore good food together!

Music: Everything, from Rock when having a beer to techno while cycling mountains ‍♂️

Books: I like books that create a different world, but that also manage to keep me reading it until the end.

Movies: All kinds, but favourites would be everything with Johnny Depp or by Tim Burton & Robert Rodriguez. No Horror for me - after a movie I like to be happy and/or thinking.
