About Me

I'm good for a good laugh, respectful, honest, and human. I love learning things from people. To me, everyone has a unique story to tell, and I've been told I'm a good listener. You do the math. I may be young, yes, but my mind has always gone beyond my age. I'm also very open-minded and calm, that means that whatever it is that you're offering, I will take (a couch, a bed, the floor)
I also happen to write both contemporary poetry (@daninstam on Instagram) and code (since I’m a web developer)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Life was never meant to be lived within a confined space. We were born to be free, no less. That's why I love this app. I fell in love with this app the moment I used it to travel to Grenada, a couple of years ago. My experience with Couchsurfing so far has been great, thus, yes, I'm ready to keep using it in the near future :)

Interests

Writing is one of the things I feel passionate about. That and reading. Besides that? Movies, music, jogging, biking, art... To be honest, this section is actually sort of a work in progress, and it'll always remain that way. I'm always wanting to learn and do new stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too hard to answer.

But Looking for Alaska will always have a special place in my heart.

And Natalia Lafourcade is the new love of my life (listen to Estoy Lista and you will understand)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping out of a plane and not feeling scared at all. Nothing but an enormous, indescribable bliss. That and emigrating on my own from Venezuela to Spain. The feeling was the same (only a bit more scary)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A lifetime worth of stories, and all my time to listen to yours.

I’m a very sensitive person that will make you feel like home. I also happen to be funny (when I’m in the mood, and that’s usually pretty much all the time)

Countries I’ve Visited

Aruba, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, England, France, Grenada, Portugal, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Spain, United States, Venezuela
