Overview
About Me
Wrapping up my 2-month stay in Nairobi, where I've been working on a free coding curriculum for high school computer clubs.
I'm living with a Parisian here. He says I'm not a usual American. I think he means that as a compliment ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .
I'm going to be in Paris for a few days before a 3 week retreat at Plum Village, a buddhist monastery near Bordeaux.
Strongly prefer non-touristy stuff where I can make friends. Dance classes, neo-hippie workshops, improv jams, clowning shows, climbing gyms, etc.
Been traveling for the past 6 months, aiming to make it all the way around the world again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
All of my favorite cities were because of who I met there. I can get a hostel experience anywhere, but staying with real humans is so much more rewarding.
Interests
I love to play and to dance and to read and to ~connect~.
I like deep meaningful conversations and I'll jump right in with acquaintances who are open to it.
I like trying new things. I jumped off a 15 meter cliff once. It was terrifying.
I practice yoga, do improv, read philosophy, make iPhone apps, drink wine, and learn little bits of different languages.
