I'm Daniel, 24 years old and a coming Chaos Pilot. Yup, you read it right the first time. But... I'm not studying to learn how to steer an airplane, but rather I'm learning how to lead a creative process as a project manager. In short terms I'm studying at a hybrid business and design school in Denmark with a major in creative leadership. I work as a cultural entrepreneur focusing on music and art. So when I'm not in school I have a job as a venue and experience designer for a music venue in Aarhus.

Being born and raised in Denmark has given me the privilige to take 3 gab years to travel around the world, where I've had a ton of great experiences already. I travel to learn about different cultures, and couchsurfing has been the best invitation for me to learn as much as possible about the people in the areas I travel to.

This time I'm travelling from Aarhus to Barcelona in October to live there for three months. I'll be going there as a part of my current education, to work on an outpost we have located in Barcelona. I'll be working with sustainable tourism, which is also why I decided to see if I could only use couchsurfing and see Barcelona from local homes 🙂

While located in Barcelona, I would love to stay with people who know the area and speaks spanish. As a cultural exchange I hope to connect with someone who has a shared interest in both teaching and learning new things from one another.

I represent the genre of Roots & Hybrid music, which includes a good mix of cumbia trap, dessert blues, Egyptian jazz and much more! When not listening to that, I love bouncing to hip hop and trap beats.
My favorite book is written by a Norwegian anthropologist named Thor Heyerdahl. That man was a pioneer!
