About Me
Invite me to see the sunset with a glass of wine and we’ll talk!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To have the opportunity of getting to know a different place and experiencing it in a way I possibly wouldn't have if I stayed in a fancy hotel. I like to see and be in touch with the people that actually live in a city, not simply take the fast-lane, fast-food sort of tourism. I like to wander through the streets and taste the city as it shows itself to its inhabitants.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2014 my friends and I rented a car in Budapest and drove through the Balkan countries, starting from Serbia and then crossing Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, then back to Budapest, nearly being fined twice for not being able to read the signs written in Serbian language, but having the time of our lives in places we had expected lots of difficulties but that were in the end a real pleasure to visit. Detail: we had no GPS for Bosnia, hehe.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Portuguese, English and Italian. The first is my mother tongue and the other two I speak fluently and have been a teacher for many years.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My knowledge and my company. I hope they share theirs with me as well.
